Registered Nurse Home Health Roanoke, VA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a 13-week contract in Roanoke, VA. The RN will provide skilled nursing care in patients homes, perform Start of Care (SOC) assessments, and accurately complete OASIS documentation.

Assignment Details :

Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 AM 5 PM)

Caseload : 46 points per day

Contract length : 13 weeks

Requirements :

Active Virginia RN license (or Compact RN license)

Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience

Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB), previously known as PointCare

OASIS and SOC experience required

BLS Certification
