We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager who will drive our commercial contracting excellence. You will serve as a strategic hub of our contract lifecycle, connecting our dynamic sales team, internal stakeholders, and customers to deliver seamless commercial agreements. This role demands a sharp analytical mind who thrives in fast-paced environments and approaches challenges with creative problem-solving rather than checkbox mentalities. We seek a strategic thinker, not a task executor. You must demonstrate the ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential issues before they arise, and develop innovative solutions that align with both contracting requirements and business objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :   Essential Functions and Responsibilities :       Contract Preparation and Execution.

• Drive the preparation and review of high-volume commercial agreements, including new placements and renewals for PaceMate's software subscriptions and services.
• Analyze customer modifications against PaceMate's standard terms, using critical judgment to determine escalation needs.
• Navigate complex contract variations with strategic thinking rather than rigid adherence to templates.
