Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LCSW or BCBA to join our Adult Behavioral Day Program team. This role supports adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral health challenges, or dual diagnoses in achieving greater independence, social integration, and personal growth. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral support plans while fostering a safe, engaging, and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical oversight and direct behavioral support to program participants.
• Supervise and train direct support staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies and person-centered interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical professionals, and family members.
• Monitor progress, collect and analyze behavioral data, and adjust plans as needed.
• Facilitate group sessions or skill-building activities to promote social and emotional development.
• Ensure all documentation meets state and agency regulatory standards.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing staff development.
