Reason for opening

Doctor going out on leave sometime in December, see patients for headaches, Parkinsons, seizures, acute stroke, neurologic diseases with specific criteria of testing / ruling out, and Dementia

Job Details : Facility does not treat Dysautonomia, POTS syndrome, Orthostatic Hypertension, Tourettes, Tic disorder, or Tardive Dyskinesia
