Corrugated Sales Rep- Columbus, OH Region

Responsible for building, maintaining, and increasing sales volume

Responsibilities : Develop and implement a successful sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

• Build strong business relationships with customers to generate sales volume.
• Manage customer agreements and all relevant documentation.
• Lead the renewal processes within your assigned geographic area.
• Create an annual sales forecast, including volume, prices, and margins, for assigned customers.
• Implement optimization plans for each customer as outlined in the Operational Master Plan (OMP).
• Analyze sales results, including margins and market share, within your geographic area and collaborate with local teams and the Sales Director to implement action plans as needed. - Ensure compliance with communication procedures to maintain alignment with all SPK stakeholders.
• Promote the use of company business information systems to ensure accurate reporting and sound decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze performance, launching corrective action plans with relevant stakeholders as necessary.
• Track new product launches, trials, site approvals, and first deliveries within your geographic area, and report results to the Sales Director.
• Communicate customer needs and expectations to the Sales Director to develop proactive solutions.
• Prepare and share the annual cost forecast for marketing and communication initiatives with the Sales Director.
