Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $1,879 per week in Fort Worth, TX

Job Title : Registered Nurse - Operating Room Profession : RN Specialty : OR Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Varied Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : 2 years of hospital / specialty experience License : Active RN License Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have : Must have strong neuro experience. OR experience in a hospital setting. Neurosurgery experience. Description : This position requires strong neuro experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of hospital or specialty experience. Responsibilities include performing a high volume of general and neurosurgery, including cranial, orthopedic, robotic, some urology, and plastic surgeries. Heart and transplant surgeries may also be performed. Patient ratios in the operating room are 1 : 1. There will be 1-2 surgical techs available per case. Experience with robotic equipment is preferred. Familiarity with a documentation system is a plus. Candidates must be friendly and compassionate with patients. Dress code includes facility-provided scrubs. Nails must be clean and healthy, with no gel or artificial nails beyond fingertips. Hair should be neat and clean without extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be neatly trimmed. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Floating may be required as needed. Attendance policies will be enforced.
