Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full life cycle of recruitingfrom sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. This role collaborates closely with department managers to identify hiring needs, attract high-quality candidates, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about finding top talent to support the organization's growth and success. This is an onsite, contract position with the opportunity for direct hire after 6 months based on performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all steps of the Talent Acquisition process, from recruiting to onboarding.
- Partner with department managers to identify current and future employment needs.
- Develop and implement effective talent advertising and marketing strategies.
- Attend job fairs, career events, and networking activities to promote employer brand.
- Coordinate resume searches using Vista software and online resources.
- Reach out to potential candidates and maintain ongoing communication.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department supervisors.
- Perform reference checks and collect all necessary employment-related documentation.
- Collaborate with staffing and talent acquisition agencies to broaden candidate pools.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with the HR Generalist and HR Administrative Assistant.
- Support compliance with quality policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience with recruiting software and sourcing tools preferred (Vista experience a plus).Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.Benefits :
