Job description

A company is looking for a Head of Revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire revenue lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding, success, renewals, and expansion

Design, test, and revise sales playbooks for inbound and outbound sales motions

Set revenue targets, quotas, and compensation plans while directly managing strategic accounts

Required Qualifications

Proven experience across the full sales lifecycle including account hunting, closing, renewals, and expansion

Skilled in building and refining sales playbooks, compensation plans, and targets

Player-coach mentality with the ability to close deals and build repeatable processes

Experience with both private and public sector sales; government / defense procurement experience preferred

Remote-first work experience and proficiency in modern CRM tools
