Job Description Summary

The Instrumentation Program Engineer (IPE) reports to the Senior Operation Management Staff Manager and is a project management role that is responsible for managing instrumentation requirements on military and commercial engines in Development Assembly & Component Test.

Essential Responsibilities :

As the Instrumentation Program Engineer (IPE), you will :

• Responsible for managing instrumentation requirements
• Cost and schedule on engines and any additional information requested through a Test Project Sheet (TPS)
• Daily interface with : Instrumentation, Design, Systems, Assembly, Engineer, Evaluation, Test, Tooling and Project Personnel, as well as the Hourly work force
• Engagement in activities that will assist in the scheduling and execution of development engines while focusing on : Integrity, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Over-all Cost Initiatives
• Interface with software tools such as : IDS, IWS, eTPS, Open Plan, Digital Thread, Intelligence, Digital Workbench, VIS mock-up, a variety of access databases
