We are looking for a skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team and take charge of sales activities in the designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new client relationships to achieve sales quotas. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and an ability to strategize effectively in order to meet our business objectives. As a Regional Account Manager, you will engage directly with buyers, distributors, safety managers, and purchasing personnel while representing Ironwear at trade shows and company events.

Responsibilities
Develop robust sales plans and quotas aligned with Ironwear's business goalsEvaluate and report on regional sales performanceForecast profits on a quarterly and annual basisPrepare and manage the annual sales budget for the regionAnalyze market trends to identify new growth opportunitiesAddress challenges and propose effective solutions promptlyRecommend new products and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfactionNetwork with clients to discern and fulfill their specific needsEstablish comprehensive strategies for key distributor accountsDocument daily activities in customer management databasesAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams to meet customer requirements efficientlyRequirements
Minimum 1 year experience in PPE sales requiredProven experience in a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar sales roleAbility to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROIFamiliarity with CRM tools is a plusExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindsetWillingness to travel as necessary for client engagementBachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
