Church Outreach Coordinator

JOB TITLE: CHURCH OUTREACH COORDINATOR

REPORTS TO: VP OF CONTENT

As cutting-edge content creators, artists, thought-leaders, and educators for the pro-life movement, Live Action is growing our team of talented professionals working to transform public opinion on abortion in America and seeks a full-time Church Outreach Coordinator. The Church Outreach Coordinator is highly skilled to equip Churches and similar entities (Schools, Pregnancy Resource Centers, etc.) to utilize Live Action’s content and curriculum, in order to expand Live Action’s reach and raise up masses of well-trained pro-life activists. The goal of the Church Outreach Coordinator is that every pro-life Church in America will be regularly using Live Action content and curriculum with their congregants and students.

The Church Outreach Coordinator must be strategic-minded, committed to Live Action’s mission, and inspired to do the best work of her/his life. This position offers potential for growth and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growing, and highly productive team. This position may be remote, but Live Action’s preference is for candidates who live and work in Washington, D.C. or Los Angeles, CA areas.

The Outreach Coordinator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Marketing the Curriculum to churches and similar entities
• Mobilizing ambassadors to spread the Curriculum
• Training pastors and teachers to use the Curriculum
• Maintaining relationships with pastors, teachers, ambassadors, laypersons who have used the Curriculum
• Tracking usage of the Curriculum
• Building a multiplier’s strategy, in which teachers/pastors/laypersons/ambassadors are passing on the Curriculum independently of Church Outreach Coordinator’s direct involvement
• Managing an Annual Event to train pastors and teachers to use the Curriculum and connect them to Live Action
• Writing and Designing Survey and Feedback forms on Curriculum presentations and logging those survey results

Requirements:

• BA or higher in related fields such as Education or Ministry.
• 5+ years of experience teaching in or working with churches.
• Experience in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
