About The Position

Job Title : Home Health Physical Therapist

Description :

Home Health Physical Therapist position available in the surrounding area.

The start date is as soon as possible.

The required shift is 8-hour days.

The facility cannot accommodate alternative shift schedules.

The expected patient ratio is 1 : 1, with visits being made to up to 6 patients per day.

A standard of 30 productivity points is expected.

First-time travelers are accepted for this position.

Weekends are not required.

On-call responsibilities are not required.

Travelers must have their own transportation.

Clients will be grouped to minimize driving time.

The maximum driving distance is roughly 60 miles or 60-90 minutes total drive time per day.

Oasis charting experience is mandatory.

Local candidates will be considered.

Pending licenses are accepted, but candidates must have both required licenses before starting.

The facility reserves the right to call off up to one shift per pay period.

Travelers are expected to float between facilities within a specified area if required.

All travelers should adhere to professional attire standards, with no jeans allowed.

Charting will be conducted using remote client software.

References will be required from previous supervisors covering recent comparable experience.

Additional skills in the practice of therapy, home health experience, and completion of necessary documentation are important for success in this role.

This position may involve working with a diverse patient population, including those with various medical conditions.

Candidates should be prepared to manage patient care and support rehabilitation goals effectively.
