We’re looking for an ambitious Recruiter with 1–3 years of healthcare recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our rapidly growing healthcare organization.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates through creative recruiting strategies, including social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit
- Coordinate offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Maintain recruiting data and metrics to track success and pipeline progress
- Provide an exceptional candidate and manager experience at every stage
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting (clinic, hospital, or medical office preferred)Proven success sourcing passive candidatesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and prioritiesResults-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goalsExperience using ATS platforms (UKG, JazzHR or similar)What We Offer
