As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving increased service sales and high average ticket sales. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with potential spa members, showcasing the benefits of our spa memberships and converting leads into loyal customers. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication, professional appearance and great interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing guest expectations and ensuring their spa experiences are exceptional.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage / Generate sales leads and convert them into spa membership sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing individual needs
• Create a relaxing spa atmosphere that promotes a sense of tranquility and rejuvenation
• Maximize service sales and average ticket amounts by recommending additional treatments and services
• Manage guest expectations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable spa experience
• Maintain areas of first impression for all guests upon arrival in a clean and orderly manner

Qualifications :

We offer hourly plus competitive sales commissions in a supportive work environment that encourages personal growth and development. Hourly is based upon sales experience, sales and member prospect conversation rates.
