Compensation :

Wage : $18-21 per hour

Essential Job Functions :

  • Administer medications as per your license and provide daily care to residents.
  • Perform personal care activities including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with household services essential to health care at home.
  • Encourage residents to engage in leisure activities and socialize.
  • Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident.
  • Respond promptly to resident requests and emergency situations.
  • Promote a safe environment by following infection control practices.
  • Assist residents with mobility and transportation for appointments.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
  • Tactful communication with residents, families, and staff.
  • Experience working with elderly and emotionally upset individuals.
  • Proficient in English for effective communication.

    • Education and Experience :

  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant or Medication Assistant.
  • Preferred : 6 months or more of experience in a home care or long-term care facility.
