Make a difference in student learning and engagement as a substitute paraprofessional. This contract role offers flexibility and meaningful interaction by stepping in during staff absences to ensure students receive the support they need.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED; some college preferred

Experience in school settings or youth programs a plus

Ability to follow instructions and maintain a structured environment

Flexible, reliable, and attentive to student safety

Comfortable supporting diverse academic or behavioral needs

Key Responsibilities :

Follow lesson plans or direction from classroom educators

Provide assistance with assignments and classroom routines

Support small groups or individuals based on instructional needs

Monitor and encourage positive behavior

Help maintain a safe, respectful learning atmosphere

This flexible position allows you to support students in a variety of settings and grade levels.
