Location : Meadowlands, PA

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM ( No Rotating Shifts! )

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. This mid-level position is perfect for candidates with hands-on inspection experience who enjoy working in a dynamic, field-based environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our parts meet strict quality standards. This inspection work will be performed using various measurement tools such as calipers, gages, scanners and other types of 2D and 3D scanning equipment including CMM technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to shift leads or project manager.
  • Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and notifying the project manager of any non-conforming incoming material.
  • Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and documenting any non-conforming products to await for final disposition.
  • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, identifies non-conforming product.
  • Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements, and calling for repairs.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
  • Educate production team on quality control issues and work with project manager to improve overall company safety and product quality
  • Owner of the inspection process and procedure.
  • Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

    • Requirements

  • Required :

    • High school diploma / GED and relevant work experience.

  • Proven experience as a quality control inspector in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical / technical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry
  • Preferred :

    • Technical degree or college coursework.

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001-2015 standards .
  • Strong understanding of raw materials and manufacturing processes.
