Director Of District Operations

The Director of District Operations (DDO) serves as the strategic and operational leader for clinics within an assigned geographic region. This role is responsible for driving clinical and operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring that every clinic consistently delivers outstanding patient care and customer service.

Working in close partnership with the Regional Vice President (RVP), the DDO provides clinical expertise, operational oversight, and leadership development to support the company's mission, culture, and growth. This position blends business strategy, clinical excellence, and people leadership to ensure that each point of service thrives.

Leadership & Operations

• Lead and support Clinic Managers (CMs) and Senior Clinic Managers (SCMs) across all district clinics.
• Develop and execute strategic action plans that drive engagement, operational efficiency, and team performance.
• Maintain an active and visible presencespending majority of time in clinicsfocused on culture, staff coaching, and quality patient experiences.
• Host regular district meetings and operational review calls to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
• Oversee all facility maintenance and ensure clinics meet compliance and quality standards, including federal, state, and local regulations.
