Coverage Type : Scheduled (No Call)

Shift Description : Day, Night, Weekend shifts

Shift Details : Flexible 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts (Monday

Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday shifts)

CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS

Credentialing Timeline : 90-120 days

References : Over the past 5 years

Active CT License or Willing to obtain

DEA

WORK DETAILS

Trauma Level : Community Hospital (applying for Level 3 trauma designation)

NICU Level : Level 2 NICU

Case Types : Bread and butter cases including :

Orthopedics, Podiatry, Surgery

Plastics, Ophthalmology

Vascular (open and in cath lab)

Excludes complicated brain, thoracic, open heart, or high-risk OB cases

Healthy pediatric patients only

SUPERVISION MODEL

Directed supervision with a 3 : 1 model
