The Manager, Human Resources will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Xometry's People department. This position will oversee data related to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and will be responsible for maximizing the employee experience. Additionally, the Manager will oversee the HR Help Desk, providing support and assistance to employees.
