Job Summary : At Pernod Ricard USA, we're transforming how we connect with consumers by placing experiences and conviviality at the heart of everything we do. As a State Manager, you'll lead the charge in driving performance across our portfolio, working closely with distributor partners and internal teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape market strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and make data-driven decisions that fuel growth and innovation.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

Distributor Leadership & Execution :

• Drive execution of PRUSA portfolio plans across all brands and channels, aligning distributor teams to strategic goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for distributor communication and relationship management at the state level.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making through dashboards and analytics, and enforce service standards and compliance.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to manage POS logistics and executional planning.
