Job descriptionPractice Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient EMR System : Epic Bed In Department : N / A Patients Per Shift : 20-25 Rounding : N / A Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call Call Type : Beeper Call Ratio : 1 : 4 Call Response Time Required : 30 minutes Call Back : Approx. 3 5 times per week after hours / weekends Onsite Clinic Hours : Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM Rate : $270 / hour Nightly Call Shift Rate : $323.50 24-Hour Call Shift Rate : $2,100 (minimum 3 gratis hours) Call-Back : $361 / hour Is Hospital Stroke Certified? Yes What Trauma Level Is This Facility? N / A Minimum Board Certification : Board Eligible (within 3 years) or Board Certified License Requirement : Will consider candidates willing to obtain CA license The Following Certifications Are Required : ACLS, BLS Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 90-120 days Fellowship : facility needs a provider that has a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction General Urology (Adult) Laparoscopic surgeries Percutaneous nephrolithotomy Ureteroscopy Radical prostatectomy Nephrectomy Prostatectomy Pelvic node dissection Adrenalectomy Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy TRUS biopsies Incontinence procedures Penile prosthesis Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) No hospital privileges required for submission, but privileges are needed for call and procedures Support Staff : 2 RNs, 8 MAs, 1 PA / NP, 1 Office Staff No supervision of APPs or residents required Insurance provided by vendor Travel and lodging details not specified - confirm with facility This is an ongoing locum need with the potential for long-term or permanent placement. Will consider permanent placement interest
