Job description3+ years of Controls Engineering experience. Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical). Proficiency with RSLogix 5000 and RSLinx (required). Experience with fastener torque systems (preferred), barcode / RFID, pneumatic devices, and safety equipment. Knowledge of PFMEAs, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, and gage / layout procedures. Skilled in MS Office, AutoCAD, and VisView. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to support extended hours, weekends, and multiple shifts as needed.

Job Type : 12 Months of Contract with possible extension
Shift timing : 04 : 00pm - 12 : 00pm (MON to FRI)
Job Responsibilities :
- Review / debug PLC logic, error-proofing, and data collection functions.
- Lead root cause analysis and downtime elimination.
- Support lean manufacturing layouts, continuous improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Review / approve electrical, mechanical, and control schematics, BOMs, and drawings.
- Develop and update PMs, critical spares lists, PFMEAs, Operator Instructions, Control Plans, and Process Flow Charts.
- Interface with vendors for system design, build, and installation.
- Support quality and problem-solving tools (5 Why, Fishbone, 7 Step, etc.).
- Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
