The posted compensation range of $43.10 - $64.11 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. This position provides oversight for the administration and operation of Employee Health Services within Yavapai Regional Medical Center. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Monitors compliance with regulatory agency requirements including but not limited to OSHA, Worker's Compensation, ADA, and AZ Department of Health Services.
• Provides oversight for the administration of YRMC's Worker's Compensation program.
• Oversees new hire processing for YRMC associated clinics / hospitals.
• Oversees daily activities of Employee Health staff.
• Ensures immunization, TB surveillance compliance, FIT testing and OSHA / NIOSH compliance.
• Collaborates with leadership and staff across the organization in the delivery of all Employee Health programs
