Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) with an emphasis in accounting 4+ years of proven accounting experience CPA certification is preferred Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Experience with internal and external audits Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organization, communication, and people skills Detail-oriented and proactive Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Experience with CMIC or Sage 300 is highly preferred Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered
Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Duties :
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Assist with budgets and forecasts
- Perform general ledger accounting and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and policies
- Assist with audits and tax preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records
