Key Responsibilities :

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports

Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Maintain general ledger accuracy and assist with variance analysis

Collaborate with operations and management to provide financial insights

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience a plus)

Strong Excel and ERP system skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
