We offer our Chiropractic Patient Flow Coordinator competitive starting pay of $20 - $23 an hour , with salary opportunities after 90 days! There are also commission and bonus opportunities available to enhance your earnings.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS A CHIROPRACTIC PATIENT FLOW COORDINATOR

This is a full-time position with varying weekly hours . You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the office, assisting both patients and the team in staying organized and responsive to the needs of each shift.

As a Chiropractic Patient Flow Coordinator, you'll be the very first point of contact for our patients and the one who sets the tone for their visit. High energy is essential, as you'll be engaging with 80 to 100 patient visits each day while keeping everything on track. Stepping into the role of the "Boss of Today," you'll focus on patient flow, originally scheduled appointments, and compliance. Your day begins by preparing and leading the team huddle, aligning everyone for success. From there, you'll warmly greet and check in patients, manage appointments, and ensure the office stays on schedule.

You'll also promote office events and specials with flyers and handouts, make reminder and confirmation calls for new patients, and set clear expectations for their visits- whether that involves a scan, report, consult, x-ray, or exam. In addition, you'll track weekly compliance and office stats, support in-office patient workshops, and represent the practice at community events like farmers' markets, fairs, and corporate lunch-andlearns.
