Title : UX Content Designer

Location : Vienna, VA – hybrid (2-3 days a week)

Duration : 6+ month, W2 Contract

Overview :

We re seeking a strategic and creative UX Content Designer to shape product experiences through clear, purposeful content that guides users and enhances usability. This role sets the vision for content across platforms, driving cohesive product narratives and ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and messaging. The ideal candidate will manage content workflows, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to the evolution of our user experience messaging strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, write, edit, and optimize content across product interfaces, including flows, microcopy, emails, push notifications, educational materials, and navigational elements.
• Develop and execute content strategies throughout the product lifecycle, influencing decisions to improve user experience and ensure messaging consistency across member journeys.
• Define and drive a unified messaging vision across digital touchpoints, aligning with brand tone and voice.
• Create and maintain content guidelines and best practices for voice, tone, formatting, and interaction elements (e.g., headers, CTAs, emojis).
• Audit and analyze existing content to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in user experience and business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, research, engineering, legal, and marketing to ensure content alignment and effectiveness.
• Advocate for content design principles and best practices within the UX team.
• Solve complex messaging challenges through storytelling, narrative design, and strategic content solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
