Construction Estimator

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Estimator / Project Manager. The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria :

• MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH CONSTRUCTION SITE PLANS AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO DO TAKE-OFFS FROM THOSE PLANS
• Develops project plans by advising clients regarding project objectives and requirements
• Develops cost estimates by analyzing construction documents
• Controls project expense by categorizing and analyzing expenditures
• Manages sub- contractors by developing and evaluating bids and inspecting adherence to drawings, specifications and schedules
