Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and compensation updates
Administer and optimize the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy
Maintain compliance with employment laws and manage key People vendors for service quality
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of People Operations experience in startups or organizations with 100+ employees
Proven ability to build and automate HR processes for efficiency and scalability
Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Rippling
Experience with payroll coordination and benefits administration
Solid understanding of employment law and compliance best practices
