Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Digital Engineering System Architect (Level 5) to join our Phantom Works Digital Engineering team to support Digital Infrastructure and Engineering Ecosystems efforts for Proprietary Programs in Berkeley , Missouri .

We are the Phantom Works Digital Engineering team creating and implementing innovative technologies

that makes the impossible possible and enabling the future of aerospace.

In pursuit of Boeing's research and business interests, the successful candidate will :

• Deliver innovative, high impact solutions to address complex technical problems.
• Contribute effectively in both independent and team environments.
• Provide critical technical support and independent reviews of the work of teammate deliverables
• Demonstrate ability in one or more of the following : project engineering for small, entrepreneurial teams; research & development and product development with highly technical, complex engineering systems and modeling.

Position Responsibilities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and / or internationally depending on business needs.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Top-Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Typical Education & Experience

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range : $147,050 – $198,950
