Mechanical Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll design real-world automation systems that move from concept to factory floor. You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit, entrepreneurial engineering team that lives at the intersection of robotics, welding, and manufacturing innovation.

The Impact You’ll Make

You’ll play a pivotal role in developing collaborative welding and cutting systems that balance performance, manufacturability, and customer usability. Working across engineering, sales, and manufacturing, you’ll help turn customer challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design mechanical and electromechanical systems using SolidWorks and CAD tools
• Apply GD&T to ensure precise, manufacturable designs
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support costing and production
• Work within ERP, MRP, and PLM systems to streamline product development
• Generate 3D renderings and vector artwork for technical documentation and marketing
• Provide technical support to the sales team during solution design and customer discussions
• Engage with customers to understand manufacturing challenges and recommend solutions
• Support occasional trade shows or customer visits

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field
• Strong experience using SolidWorks in manufacturing-focused applications
• Working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and PLM systems
• Solid understanding of GD&T
• Experience with tooling and fixturing for automation
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
