Wed & Thurs 1 : 00 pm – 9 : 00 pm

Friday 7 : 00 am – 7 : 00 pm

Saturday 6 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm

You’ll be part of our Hook Machine department - a key production team that forms precision fishhooks and wire components used by fishing enthusiasts across the world.

Starting pay : $26 per hour + shift differential for swing shifts and overnight shifts

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hrs / week (occasional overtime). Currently, open positions are for swing shift and overnight shift. Employees enjoy a 4-day workweek.

What You’ll Do

Operate, monitor, and maintain high-speed hook-forming machines to produce parts that meet strict quality standards.

Typical work includes :

  • Operating production equipment and checking output quality throughout the shift
  • Making small mechanical adjustments and performing basic maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
  • Loading and threading wire reels; verifying correct material type and size
  • Recording production and inspection data accurately
  • Communicating equipment status to the next shift.
  • Following all safety and housekeeping standards.

  • Prior machine-operation or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability required
  • Able to read simple instructions and production forms
  • Ability to focus and pay attention to details
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and management
  • Dependable attendance and teamwork attitude.
  • Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged standing, walking, squatting, stooping, twisting, and bending throughout an entire 8, 10 or 12-hour shift.
  • Ability to reach forward and overhead.
  • Reach and lift from floor to waist and above shoulders.
  • Ability to move and handle various-sized objects.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires good visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a dirty, dusty, noisy environment.
  • Manufacturing environment with moderate noise, occasional oil or dust. PPE, hearing protection, and training provided.
