North County Cooling is a fast-growing HVAC company serving [Service Area]. We specialize in residential and light commercial service, repair, and installation. We're looking for motivated HVAC Installers who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that values quality, safety, and customer service.

We are seeking experienced and dependable HVAC Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have installation experience, their own tools, a clean driving record, and a clean background check. Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities :

  • Install HVAC systems : including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation
  • Follow installation layouts, blueprints, and job instructions
  • Perform start-up, testing, and system commissioning
  • Ensure all work meets local codes and manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Accurately complete job paperwork and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
  • Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations

Requirements : Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience (Residential and / or light commercial)
  • Own set of HVAC tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR will be checked)
  • Clean background check (No felonies, no major misdemeanors)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments (attics, roofs, etc.)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Preferred but Not Required :
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field management software
  • EPA Certification
  • NATE Certification
