We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Engineer to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of live gaming applications and systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across teams and maintain seamless gameplay experiences for users.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain live gaming applications to ensure consistent uptime and optimal performance.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within established service level agreements.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend effective preventive solutions.
• Manage ticket queues, prioritize tasks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support integrations, APIs, and backend services that are essential to gaming systems.
• Update and maintain system documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical incidents during off-hours.
• Assist in coordinating environment management, release processes, and change control activities.
• Deliver exceptional support to internal teams and external partners ensuring smooth application operations.
