HealthSource Solutions is looking for a full-time Health Promotion Coordinator, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in worksite health promotion. The health promotion coordinator is part of the HealthSource Solutions team and will work onsite at a corporation in Fort Wayne Indiana, or LaGrange, Georgia. Job Summary: The health promotion coordinator is responsible for assisting the program manager with the implementation of the companys health promotion initiatives. Key Accountabilities: Develop and deliver content aligned with monthly observances and initiatives (e.g., toolbox talks, new hire orientation, event promotion, and employee resource toolkits). Manage logistics for all monthly offerings. Travel regularly to project sites to serve as an onsite wellness resource-building relationships with employees and community partners, hosting events, and increasing engagement. Collaborate with safety, medical, and onsite physical therapy teamsas well as other departmentsto enhance program reach and impact. Actively participate in the wellness committee and provide follow-up support to ensure each site has the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Obtain certification to facilitate Mental Health First Aid training and deliver sessions regularly across project sites. Build and maintain partnerships within the community to increase visibility and utilization of available wellbeing resources across mental, financial, physical, and community health domains. Present wellness initiatives and educational topics at All Hands meetings and other key employee gatherings. Confidently communicate and present wellness updates to leadership and other key stakeholders. Support data collection and assist in preparing weekly reports under the direction of the Wellness Program Manager. Health Promotion Coordinator - Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in health education, public health, health promotion, community health, or another allied health profession. Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in health promotion, program coordination or project/account management. Demonstrated experience in program planning, implementation and evaluation Self motivated and collaborative team player with the ability to take initiative and lead when needed. Familiarity with Canva preferred Experience with reporting to multiple stakeholders Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
