Technology Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage realistic roadmaps for development teams, balancing project needs with competing priorities

Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers, ensuring successful delivery of multi-year programs

Mentor engineering staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

10 years of experience in a related occupation, including specific experience in engineering leadership and development

Experience with mobile and web platform technologies such as Flutter, Xamarin, Java or C#, and .NET frameworks

Experience with automation tools and technologies such as Selenium and Appium

Experience in leading and managing an engineering team to build and operate cloud services in a public cloud platform
