Job Title : Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Location : Multiple (Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando, Nashville, Tampa)
Compensation : $85,000-$120,000 (DOE - or +)
Requirements :
- 3+ years project management experience working in commercial roofing space
we could be open to more junior folks APM, PE, etc that are eager to learn and grow

Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, particularly TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution :Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are metOversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final inspectionImplement and maintain project management best practices and methodologiesCommercial Roofing Expertise :Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, particularly TPO roofing
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in commercial roofingProvide technical guidance and support to the roofing team and clientsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsTeam Management :Lead and motivate a team of roofing professionals, including supervisors, technicians, and laborers
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team membersConduct performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement and trainingFoster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the teamClient Relations :Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectationsResolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to ensure client satisfactionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersQuality Control :Implement and oversee quality control processes for all roofing projects
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectationsIdentify and address potential issues before they escalateEnsure proper documentation of all quality control measures and inspectionsBudget and Cost Management :Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints
Monitor expenses, track costs, and implement cost-saving measures when necessary
