About the Program

Our office provides wraparound services which include counseling, therapy, EMDR, medication management and employment services. The staff is a team of local therapists, case managers and psychiatric prescribers working in a laid-back, casual work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, counseling, and referral services in an individual and / or group setting for assigned clients and families to contribute to rehabilitation and to the physical and mental health of Sunrise Community Substance Use Disorder clients.
• Provide on-site coverage and crisis intervention when necessary.
• Provide chemical dependency therapy and case management services to clients.
• Assess clients\' presenting problems, formulate individualized treatment plans, apply appropriate treatment modalities, assess, monitor and document clients\' response to clinical interventions, and evaluate treatment effectiveness with revisions to treatment plans as needed.
• When appropriate, provide chemical dependency services in group settings and in individual treatment.
• Refer clients to the Sunrise Psychiatric & Professional Services prescriber for medication management consultation when symptoms may be managed with psychotropic medications.
