Oakbrook Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and financially focused Director of Facilities & Commercial Property Management to oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of commercial properties. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing financial plans, managing budgets, and ensuring the efficient daily operations of each asset. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in property financials, lease administration, and capital planning, along with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. This position will report directly to the VP of the commercial division.
Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with fellow team members and direct reports to ensure alignment with portfolio goals and operational excellence.
Develop and implement annual operating budgets for each property, including revenue forecasting and expense planning.
Prepare and analyze reports and property performance data, including financial statements, occupancy trends, and market conditions, to inform strategic decisions and operational efficiency.
Lead capital projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
