The role primarily serves Alaska Native populations, requiring cultural understanding to promote holistic wellness—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Additional qualifications include compliance with employee health screening, immunizations (e.g., MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap, COVID-19), and meeting licensing and approval requirements.

The position offers a hiring range of $301,080 to $421,512, with a pay range up to $481,728, plus incentives such as sign-on bonus, relocation, personal leave, and retention bonus.
