Whether you're assisting with patient transfers, maintaining equipment, or completing clerical tasks, you approach every duty with skill, care, and compassionknowing your work makes a meaningful impact. Responsibilities

• Assists licensed therapists and licensed therapy assistants with patient care and therapeutic activities.
• Prepares and maintains the treatment area to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Performs clerical duties, including ordering and stocking departmental supplies.
• Transports pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients to and from therapy sessions, taking precautions to avoid aggravating any injuries or medical conditions.
• Safely transfers patients in and out of wheelchairs, beds, gurneys, and other equipment using proper body mechanics and safety techniques.
• Assists staff with patient transfers, treatments, and delivery of therapy equipment to patient rooms, as requested.
• Helps manage the therapy schedule, tracks equipment usage, and ensures daily cleaning and maintenance assignments are completed.
• Maintains high personal standards, professionalism, and positive working relationships with team members and patients.
