Implementation Supervisor II

Title : Implementation Supervisor II

Location : Hybrid, Louisville, KY

Duration : 0-6+ Months (Possible Extension depending on performance)

Shift : 1st Shift (M-F, 8-5)

Pay Rate : $50.00 / Hour on w2.

Duties :

Supports mid to large scale Helix Migration projects involving single / multi-site implementations with multiple products and services.

Analyzes customer solutions / migrations and participates in successful execution while aligning with customer and company needs.

Develops implementation models for each project including deployment planning, scheduling, communication, UAT, reporting, and project tracking.

Manages cross-functional implementation teams and ensures smooth coordination across stakeholders.

Conducts ongoing analysis of implementation plans, templates, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits.

Handles client communications and ensures weekly project reporting is delivered.

Holds meetings to review project status and ensures action items are completed.

Works closely with the Program Manager to align on overall goals and deliverables.

Attends daily Zoom status meetings for project updates and collaboration.

Utilizes project management tools to track project success and milestones.

Travels to domestic locations for on-site migration support (potential international travel as per project need).

Qualifications :

Travel - domestic, potentially LATAM Candidate who speaks Portuguese and Spanish

Proficiency in project management practices.

Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.

Comfortable with virtual collaboration platforms like Zoom.

Familiarity with project tracking tools.

Willingness and ability to travel domestically, with possible international travel depending on assignment.
