Rolfson Oil, LLC is a growing fuel supply and logistics company focused on the fueling needs of the oil and natural gas industry. Since 1985 Rolfson Oil has delivered bulk fuel and lubricants to business, agriculture, and the oil field in North Dakota, Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Oklahoma. Job Description: We are looking for an Human Resources Project Coordinator that serves as a flexible, cross-functional HR resource ("floater") supporting the HR team. This role coordinates and executes a variety of HR projects and provides hands-on support across multiple HR disciplines as business needs evolve. The ideal candidate has 35 years of HR experience within the oil & gas or similarly regulated industry, is highly adaptable, and is comfortable shifting priorities to support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. • High level of discretion and professionalism
• Pass drug test and criminal background check
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in oil & gas, energy, construction, or a similarly regulated industry
• Bachelors Degree and/or HR Certification preferred
