Tell your technical last job working in IT Tell me about what you do to keep up with the current technology As Principal Enterprise Architect for Unified Endpoint Management, you will support and administrate Honeywell's End User Computing Device Management Platforms globally for a scale of 130,000+ devices. Honeywell's End User Computing (EUC) is a distributed team responsible for End User Computing Services. Our vision is to transform Honeywell's Digital Workplace by driving the adoption of our Light IT Touch Strategy. We reimagine end-user touch points by better aligning effective technology and analytics to deliver personalized services that enhance business productivity and customer satisfaction while reducing overall costs. The successful candidate (you) will KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Solution, enhance, implement, and drive the End User Computer platform and infrastructure to support the requirements of the business with an eye for continual improvement and innovation.
• Drive modern management principles utilizing Microsoft Intune. Heavy focus on Autopilot and Light IT Touch strategies through automation of asset deployment, application packaging, and patching.
• Advanced reporting using Azure automation run-books, log analytics, and Kusto query language /
• Design future documentation using a data flow diagram (DFD) & Vizio
• Create solution principles and documentation for future implementation architecture.
• Have an advanced understanding of the Microsoft Graph API, logic apps, and Azure automation principles.
• Partner with Site Support team and cross-functional teams and deliver technical training for applicable tools & technologies to reduce escalations.
• Partner with other areas of IT and build solutions and architecture for increased business growth.
• Management, Administration, and Architecture of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) environment consisting of CAS, multiple Management Points, Distribution Points, Cloud Management Gateways. U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS : Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 7+ years of combined experience in the management, administration, and architecture of Microsoft EMS (Intune, Autopilot & Azure AD), including integration with Microsoft's Auto Pilot and Windows Operating Systems.
• Must have an architectural mindset that brings new solutions and capabilities to drive the business forward.
• Prior experience formulating, planning, and implementing a cloud-connected endpoint strategy.
• Develop and present an Architecture Overview using PowerPoint and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD)
• Be able to explain how your future technology will shape the future of the business. PREFERRED
• Significant experience in designing, developing, and debugging scalable End User Computing Solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science fields, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Microsoft's Power Platform design and build capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge in PowerShell and Azure Automation.
• Advanced knowledge in SQL database management and usage.
• Solid understanding of End User Device Management technologies.
• Solid knowledge of Automated Provisioning of End User Devices.
• Conveys specific, observable, and / or measurable expectations for each assignment and verifies understanding and agreement on deliverables and timeframes.
