Digital Content Experience Manager (UX / Content Strategy)
Hybrid – Boston, MA (3 days onsite) 1-Year Contract (Possible Extension / Conversion)
We're seeking a Digital Content Experience Manager to join a growing UX and Digital Experience team leading a large-scale website transformation
You'll play a key role in consolidating multiple websites into one unified, user-centered platform — driving content strategy, structure, and governance to improve the overall digital experience.
What You'll Do
- Conduct content audits , identify gaps, and plan content migration to a new digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and product teams to enhance information architecture and UX writing
- Use analytics and user insights to improve content effectiveness and accessibility.
- Develop content migration plans and long-term content governance models
- Facilitate workshops to define content priorities and improve digital publishing workflows.
What We're Looking For
? 3–5+ years of experience in web content strategy content design , or UX writing? Strong understanding of information architecture and digital publishing systems? Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.? Experience with content audits migration , or large-scale web consolidation projects? Ability to collaborate across marketing, editorial, and product teams.Nice to Have
? Familiarity with tools such as Figma Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , or Miro? Experience working with design systems or in digital transformation projects
