What You Will Do Prospecting (50%) Generate new business using in-house leads and marketing, inbound inquiries, customer referrals and referral partner referrals, lead vendors, and networking events Engage with prospects through LinkedIn and become a trusted advisor by providing tailored insurance solutions Complete applications, supplemental questionnaires, risk surveys, and other related documentation accurately Address phone, email, or site visit questions and concerns promptly Track, monitor, and report on weekly / monthly prospecting activity and sales results to the supervisor Request referrals from new customers and associates, responding to them in a timely manner Utilize knowledge of procedures, coverage, and the industry to manage, maintain, and develop client relationships effectively Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunities in CRM with all communications Proposal Process and Presentation (50%) Follow agency standard procedures for all proposals Provide complete and comprehensive submissions to underwriters and respond promptly to requests for additional information Accurately document coverage discussions and submit new business paperwork to Operations as instructed Demonstrate the ability to close sales About You Licensing :
