What You’ll Do as a Landscaping Team Lead

This is a hands-on leadership role . You’ll be leading the crew, but you’ll also be working alongside them on landscaping and project installs.

• Lead the Field : Walk job sites, check for quality control, and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Work Projects : Actively participate in landscaping, hardscape, and install projects to make sure jobs are completed on time and up to standard.
• Keep the Team Organized : Structure routes, manage crew schedules, and keep the team on task.
• Support Your Crew : Provide training, solve staffing challenges, and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Set the Example : Model strong attendance, professionalism, safety, and a great work ethic every day.
• Close Out the Day : Ensure jobs are completed to standard and everything is prepped for the next day.
