Overview
Scheduling Coordinator (Patient Service Representative, Patient Advocate) Frontline Dental Implant Specialists. The Scheduling Coordinators role is an administrative role with sales responsibilities. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all patients are responded to promptly and provide an excellent representation of the practice during all correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments to production goals as directed.
- Coordinate proper registration and forms necessary for appointments.
- Verify insurance when applicable.
- Greet patients warmly and notify the team of patients arrival. Maintain awareness of patient wait time and facilitate with the team.
- Enter all patient information accurately and promptly.
- Communicate schedule changes with the practice team in a timely manner; fill any open slots as they become available.
- Maintain a high understanding of the practices lead-to-sales process.
- Nurture leads and opportunities as defined by the lead-to-sales process training.
- Be knowledgeable about providers, types of care, promotions, and financing options to answer questions appropriately.
- Coordinate leads necessary consult appointment and team member hand-offs.
- Collect patient co-pays and enter into the practice management software.
- Use Salesforce accurately, entering correct notes and contact logs to document each contact.
- Maximize the use of Salesforce by understanding features and advancing knowledge through available resources.
- Maintain individual and practice statistics (KPI - Key Practice Indicators) as assigned.
- Perform other duties as required.

High school diploma required; higher education preferred1+ year of prior call or customer service experience preferredFluent in English required; Spanish is a plusPhysical Requirements
Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods, use a phone, and work at a computerAbility to move within the office for meetings, access equipment, and escort patientsAbility to lift 0-15 pounds if necessaryCompany Benefits
