Key Responsibilities :

• Machine Setup & Operation : Prepare and operate CNC equipment, including vertical and horizontal mills, to produce high-precision components from various materials.
• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining processes and sequences.
• Quality Assurance : Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to inspect finished parts, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting : Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, addressing any mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
